About Me

I'm a 55 yr old (well I'll be 55 next month so close enough) fangirl living in Central East Indiana but originally from NW Indiana and midwestern girl at heart. I was an only child until the age of 17, then became the oldest of 3 my senior year of high school. But my step-dad had been in my life since I was 7 and my siblings since I was 14 - but I did know them. I'm now a proud aunt to four beautiful nieces. Twin girls Adeline 'Addie' Elisabeth and Elinor 'Ellie' Amelia born November 17, 2009 from my sister Kim - they'll be 16 this month. Yikes. And Norah Leanne born November 26th 2011 and Marin Catherine born June 17th 2014 from my brother Todd.

Since I last updated this I learned who my biological father was and became the youngest of 3. I actually grew up with my half siblings knowing them as family friends since before I was born. My sister Wendy is 3 days older than me (yes 3 days) and my older brother Wes is 3 yrs older so with my half siblings I'm the youngest of three lol. I also gained 3 more nieces. Edie from my brother and Cheyanne and Jessica from my sister. They are all grown up unlike my other nieces. I now have a great nephew Harrison Love from my niece Edie (I've never met Edie or Harrison and probably never will so I don't know his DOB - I'll have to ask my sister) and a great niece Everleigh Mae born July 23rd, 2023 from my niece Jessie, On October 5th, 2025 I added another great-niece from my niece Chey, and soon another great-nephew in January 2026 from my niece Jessie.

I've been involved with fanlistings off and on since 2002 but have only recently started trying to learn how to build my own website from scratch. I had some amazing friends in my early years with the fanlistings Mariah, Leonie and Cecile none of which are involved in fanlistings anymore but they drew me in and kept me in beautiful layouts and codes for several years.

I then went back to work full-time and kind of moved away from fanlistings so I just kept a few that were really special to me.

Several years back I had to stop working and got back into fanlistings big time again. I've met some amazing people again Catherine, JD, Courtney/Coco, Ilona, Brittany!, Cheryl, Court, Usagi, Emcy, Jessica and most recently the AMAZING Lorian. They have been making me layouts and helping me learn to do some php. The plan...to be able to make all my own graphics and do my own coding someday. I can make codes and simple headers.

I love all things that involve the entertainment business. TV shows, movies, books, Broadway musicals. I can easily get lost in a book or a marathon of my favorite TV shows, movies, and musicals. I was a musical theater major so I'm also a music freak. There is really no type of music I don't like - except maybe derogatory rap and heavy metal.

Favorite Television: Angel, Buffy, Firefly, Dollhouse, Supernatural, The Winchesters, The Rookie, Glee, Friends, Medium, Castle, Leverage, Leverage: Redemption, Bones, Gilmore Girls, Charmed, Cold Case, Dark Angel, October Road, The Way Home, When Calls the Heart, Documentaries and many more I can't think of them all right now!

Favorite Actors: Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, David Boreanaz, Nathan Fillion, Christian Kane, Jim Beaver, Maurice Benard, Cory Monteith (RIP), Chris Colfer, Darren Criss, Matthew Perry (RIP), and many more!

Favorite Actresses: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Julie Benz, Samantha Ferris, Alyson Hannigan, Katherine Heigl, Eliza Dushku, Michelle Trachtenberg (RIP), Vanessa Marcil, Lea Michele, Dianna Agron, Carrie Fisher and many more!

Favorite Books: Harry Potter Series, Angel and Buffy tie in novels, Supernatural tie in novels, Wishful Drinking by Carrie Fisher, Anne of Green Gables series, All of Chris Colfer's books. I also love Autobiographies and True Crime. Honestly I read pretty much anything and everything I can get my hands on!

Favorite Music: Pretty much anything. I love Donny Osmond (as well as his sister Marie) and have since I was 3. I love Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Kelly Clarkson, Michelle Branch and the Glee cast, again sooo much more!

Favorite Movies: Harry Potter Series, Star Wars Series, Grease, Sound of Music, Ten Inch Hero, The Accidental Husband, all John Hughes movies, The Wizard of Oz, Serenity, Struck by Lightning, The Fifty Shades of Grey Series, Hamilton and again so many more!

Favorite Musicals: Annie, Chicago, The Sound of Music, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Wicked, Hamilton, Six, Maybe Happy Ending, Little Shop of Horrors - especially the revival with Jon Groff and many more.

A cause very dear to my heart is Epilepsy Awareness I got involved learning about this horrible disorder with no cure in 2012 when I got the blessing from Karyn Colfer the mother of actor Chris Colfer to raise money for NYU FACES in his name. His younger sister Hannah has a form of epilepsy that doesn't respond to treatment. I met another beautiful family through Karyn as well. On my site page you will now see a link to Epilepsy. Nothing is up yet but I miss working on Chris Colfer for FACES and want to start sharing at least Hannah's story as I have permission from the late Karyn Colfer. And, it's not a disorder that people not dealing with it know much about and funding for research is definitely needed. I promised Karyn when I first got to know her that I would continue to fight and bring awareness until there is a cure. Sadly, we lost Karyn in 2016 but my promise stands.
